We will be responsible for providing new heating and/or air conditioning systems that will achieve your 100% complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the performance of the equipment or services and we cannot correct the system problem during the first year of operation we will remove the system and issue 100% refund of the entire agreement price. 

No Surprise Guarantee

You are going to pay the exact amount on your proposal…….Never a penny more! This means no add-ons, no extras, no surprises. PERIOD!

“No Lemons” Guarantee

If the Heat Exchanger in your furnace fails during the first 10 years of operation we will replace the entire Furnace. If the compressor fails within the first 5 years of ownership we will replace the entire Condenser, rather than replacing the failed component. Must maintain your equipment to meet the manufacturer recommendations.

$250 No Frustration Guarantee

If your system breaks down during the first 2 years and leaves you without heating or cooling, we guarantee to repair your system within 48 hours of the time you call us or we will give you $250 for your inconvenience.

Safe Home Guarantee

Our Installation Technicians are highly skilled & trained. One of their main priorities is to respect and protect your home. They will clean up when they are finished, wear floor savers and lay drop cloths. They will not swear or smoke in your home. If they do not perform to these standards we will refund $500 of your purchase price.

Right Size Guarantee

We take great pride in our family of expert Service, Design and Installation Technicians. We guarantee that the equipment we recommend and install will be the proper design, fit and finish for your application or we will remove the equipment and install the correct equipment at our cost.
